June Month One - day four
Tired today. Drove home from lake on Monday and back up Tuesday evening. I did a 5 minute workout with weights and the Day One of the BodyWork 30 minute workout from the cruise. Lake is really really calm today and I should take the paddle board out........Eating ok, just need to stop eating after 8pm and smaller portions would help. Missing my hubby as he is in Toronto seeing a client.

Month One - Day 3
Well, only three days in......this is going to be a FUN time! Sunday, June 1st, I rode my Townie bike for ten miles. That does not seem much compared to the bike rides that Eric puts in....still it was a workout for me. I am eating pretty good.....probably a bit too much, but all good food (which is still a problem). Also, I took an Elemis detox bath yesterday for 20 minutes....this was after a nap and driving three hours home from the lake. Trying to remember to put lotion on every day too as the salt in the detox makes my skin really dry....the sun adds to the dryness too. Hoping to get a workout in before heading back to the lake today

June - Month One (the start of a nine month journey)
This is a start of a nine month detox journey with my hubby. I had this crazy idea to write a blog about it.....what was I thinking!!! I can't believe that 50 is right around the corner....I still feel 21.....well, at least 30. It's time to get this "dead weight" out of my body. Focusing on exercise, food and some natural Elemis detox concoctions. Of course, this decision came after we got off a 7 day Norwegian Cruise. I am writing this blog on this Sunday morning while I am watching my hubby swim a mile in the lake. After the swim, being a good wife, I made him a cup of hot coffee as he started walking up toward the cottage only to discover he was getting the paddle board and now he is back in the lake for another hour workout. Me, on coffee cup two. I have a feeling this is going to be a looooonnnnnngggggggg journey...wish me luck!!!
